Jz back from working...

today my colleague(mei yee and cai hong) hav a farewell with me and v hav lunch together..
but paiseh la me ... at first they wan to treat me but i decided to pay becoz seldom hav lunch with them...

After tat....at dinner time my boss Jimmy also invite us to eat dinner also as a farewell 4 me and also can said dinner be4 cny..haha..

and lastly i also receive a give from cai hong again....this time she gav me a cookie cny i think made by her sister....

ASP.NET Access Denied: Failed to start monitoring file changes

one of the Greatest secrurity of the asp.net i would say is the permission for the group of user...
the asp.net page will not be able to run if u do not set the permission for the folder tat u wanted to debug...

i started to hav this problem Access Denied: Failed to start monitoring file changes when i move my folder of my work from my office to my home PC... so if u do not set the IUSR and IWAM group to have full permission control with it u will hav troble to debug ur project....

This problem luckyly i hav found the solution from this blog and it remind me tat the permission issue tat is causing me the problem.....

u never try it u will never know...haha...

A surPrice present

She is my company clerk which born in the same day and month(jan 6)...
i receive this present yesterday but i am too tired too open it....

It has been over six month i been working in microtech soon i will be leaving...
haha..i glad that i hav meet veli nice collleague(mei yee,cai hoong,hon weng) in here they guild me a lot...

on the day of the wedding dinner although it was a bit tired but i meet a lots of ppl tat i less contact there....also refresh me back some of the memory when i'm studying.....

This is great...after stuck for few day in the coding...finally knew tat the asp.net drop down list hav a litter bug in it....

when every time we click an button,refesh,page load the asp.net will do a post back which mean reloading all the component in the site....

so when i ned to get the selectedvalue of the down down list, it will always take bac the first item in the drop down list...

to overcome this problem.....first in the page_load event we hav to 1st determine tat if not page is postback then onli load the ddl item.....and also need to set the view state of the ddl to true....

althought this problem is not any new thing in the asp.net but it took me about few days to discover the solution for this problem.........
